Is this a spa I can walk into?
No. We provide visits to an agreed hotel, Airbnb, home or office. You do not travel to a treatment shop. Give us the receiving address and building type so we can arrange the visit and confirm that access is possible.
Can I book tomorrow’s therapist today?
Bookings are accepted on the day of the visit because the working lineup changes. A profile on the website is not a live availability indicator. Contact us that day, ask for current photos and confirm your choice before travel is arranged.
What is the difference between Thai, Aroma and Healing?
Thai focuses on firmer pressure and assisted stretching. Aroma uses oil with smoother movements. Healing emphasizes a very gentle touch. Choose according to the pressure you enjoy, rather than assuming the highest-priced course is the best fit.
What is included in the Special and VIP combinations?
Special combines Thai 60 minutes and Aroma 60 minutes for a 120-minute appointment. VIP combines Aroma 60, Thai 60 and Healing 30 for 150 minutes. Confirm that your selected therapist offers the course and that you have enough time for the full appointment.
Can I request lighter pressure?
Yes, explain your preferred pressure when enquiring and again at the start. Mention areas you would like to avoid. Do not wait until the end to say a technique feels too firm; tell the therapist during the session so the approach can be adjusted.
What should my first enquiry contain?
Send the exact hotel name or address, city, preferred arrival time in Korea time, course, duration and therapist preference. If you have a fixed departure deadline, include it. We then confirm the working lineup, quote and access arrangements before dispatch.
Why is a room-key photo requested?
It helps confirm that you are staying at the hotel before the trip is arranged. Send it privately in chat; you may partly cover the key. The photo is for booking verification and does not replace permission to receive a visitor under the hotel’s own rules.
Which floor should I meet the therapist on?
Use the floor agreed in the booking conversation. The correct meeting point can be the hotel lobby or a specific elevator area, and it varies by property. Do not assume every hotel uses the first floor. We send an arrival message and an outfit photo to help you identify her.
Can the therapist simply come straight to my room?
That depends on the building’s access rules. If the elevator requires a guest key, you normally need to meet at the agreed point and accompany her. Please check visitor access and provide the correct entrance before dispatch.
Can I pay after the massage?
Payment is made on arrival before the session, directly to the therapist. There is no advance deposit. Confirm the accepted currency and exact total before departure so you can prepare the correct payment.
Can I pay by card, PayPal or another transfer method?
Cards are not accepted. Cash is the regular option. Any alternative transfer arrangement and its surcharge must be confirmed in chat before dispatch; a website enquiry form does not authorize or complete a payment.
Does the price include travel to my address?
Ask for the final quote for your exact location. An extra travel charge may apply to a longer route, and the charge should be agreed before departure. Use the confirmed total rather than calculating a supplement from the neighborhood name yourself.
How long does it take to reach an airport hotel?
The airport area needs a separate location and travel check. Send the hotel name and map pin, and mention whether it is an airport-area hotel or a property elsewhere in Incheon. Availability, traffic and the receiving entrance determine the estimate; central Seoul timing is not an airport timing promise.
What if I arrive at my hotel later than expected?
Tell us as soon as your timing changes. Do not confirm an arrival window if you may still be in transit. It is easier to agree on a realistic appointment before departure than to leave the therapist waiting at a property where you have not checked in.
Is a massage table included?
Hotel appointments normally use your room’s bed. Bringing a table into a hotel may not be feasible. If a private-home booking needs special equipment, discuss it before confirming; availability and building access must be checked.
Can two people arrange a visit together?
Tell us the number of guests, whether you need simultaneous or consecutive sessions, and the room arrangement. We must check staffing and space before confirming. Selecting two people in an enquiry does not guarantee that two therapists are available at the same time.
Can I change my therapist once she has left?
No. Confirm the selection before departure. If your preferred therapist is not available, ask about the alternatives while the appointment is still being arranged. A displayed profile does not reserve that person automatically.
Does submitting this form confirm my booking?
No. The form prepares a message for you to send. The booking is confirmed only after we agree in chat on the therapist, course, duration, address, final price, arrival window and access. Keep that confirmation available when the therapist arrives.
